Summer Magic Camp
This 15 hour course in
magic and illusion is designed to give the beginner
and the advanced beginner the opportunity to explore
a variety of types of magic tricks. Over a dozen
tricks will be taught and practiced. Students will
learn to do close up and stage magic with a magic
wand, cards, rope, sponge balls, crayons and items
students will make in the workshop. The lab fee
covers items that will be assembled during the week
to make a custom magic kit. There will be a strong
emphasis on presentation and performance, stage
presence as well as other aspects of showmanship.
“Graduation” will include a show by the students for
family and friends. Classes run Monday through
Friday.
Pre-registration is required. Space is limited to 12
students, Ages: 8 and up
Fee: $75.00 + $10 lab fee (collected at first
class)

Awareness Registration Forms
Join us for our
ever-popular summer camp. Eight fun weeks are
designed especially for kids ages 8-12, and one week
for 7 year olds. The camp is held at the Izaak
Walton Camp in South Bend. Kids have a great
opportunity to meet new friends while enjoying
activities like organized games, hikes, fishing,
tubing, arts & crafts, cookouts and more.
Camp Hours: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Drop-Off/Pick-up Hours: 8:00 am - 9:00 am,
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
For 7 year olds: The 4-day session is the
week of June 30. Cost is $68/R, $73/NR.
For 8 to 12 year olds: The 5-day sessions
start the weeks of June 2, 9, 16 and 23; and July 7,
14, 21 and 28. Cost is $85/R, $90/NR.
Registration: begins April 22nd, 5:30 - 7:30 pm
at O’Brien Recreation Center
Limit of 6 children per multiple registration
This camp is very popular, and space is limited, so
sign up early. Spaces are reserved on a first-come,
first-served basis. Each camper may sign up for one
week only. If sessions are not full by May 16, you
may sign up for a second week during our business
hours.
For your convenience, registration forms will be
available beginning March 25, however, having the
form in advance will have no bearing on registration
which starts April 22.
Birth certificates are required at registration.

Registration is first-come, first-served.
Fee: $89/R, $94/NR per child per week, or $19
per day/2 day minimum (add $5 per week for non-res)
Note: First week’s fees will be $99 R/$104
NR, which includes a $10 fee for a t-shirt. and must
be paid at the time of registration. Subsequent fees
are due the Friday prior to each week of camp.
A $15 late fee will be assessed to camp fees that
are not received by Friday the week prior to the
week you are paying for. If not paid by Monday
morning, the child will not be permitted to stay
until payment has been made.
Due to the operational costs of Kids’ World, we are
unable to offer multi-camper discounts.
Parents are responsible for all camp fees regardless
of attendance.
Forms: Registration forms will be available
beginning February 12. It is highly recommended that
forms be obtained early and completed prior to
registration beginning March 4. However, having the
forms early will not have any bearing on space
availability. It is during registration that
completed forms will be accepted with payment and
the children registered into camp on a first-come,
first-served basis. For further information,

The Fit to Play program is designed to help
children, ages 7-14 yrs. old, achieve good health
through fun, heart raising games and activities that
will build strength, endurance, flexibility and wise
eating habits.
Using fun active games and exercises: children learn
and use the tools necessary to help make a healthy
lifestyle change that can be shared with the whole
family. We are excited to help make sure every child
is Fit to Play so they can have fun for life.
Fee: $110/R, $115/NR per child per week,
First week’s fee must be paid at registration
Registration: March 5 until full, 8:00 am -
4:30 pm at O’Brien Recreation Center,
Registration is first-come, first-served.
