Hoop Dance Class
Learn the exhilarating moves with a hoop, that create fluid-like dance movements. As you learn the FUNdamentals of hula hooping, you'll receive cardio and muscle toning benefits unlike what any other program can deliver. Using a specially designed, heavier hoop, Hoop Dancing workds to build stronger, leaner core muscles. Perfect for any age, this class works to sculpt the entire body while having fun. Hoops are provided.
Ages 10 - Adult
Session I (Classes run 1/23-3/5)
Mondays: 5:30 - 6:30 pm
6:30 - 7:30 pm
7:30 - 8:30 pm
There will be no class on Mon, March 12
Session II (Classes run 3/19-5/7)
Mondays: 5:30 -6:30 pm
6:30 - 7:30 pm
7:30 - 8:30 pm
Fees: Seven Classes for $35.00 (each session)
