Enjoy the healthful benefits of Aquacise! You do not need to know how to swim to enjoy these classes. These classes are taught by certified instructors, benefit the participant's cardiovascular system, and provide an overall feeling of well-being. Water adds resistance to the exercise routine, while buoyancy makes the work seem effortless.
Participants need to register for Fall and Spring classes. Participants can register online and there are multiple payment options.
Summer classes at Potawatomi Pool:
The Summer classes are outside and weather dependent, it is a drop-in class. Class will not be held if the temperature is 67 degrees or less, and/or there are less than three participants. Classes are $4 per person, with an option to buy a coupon book of 10 classes for $30.
